Modular system that integrates collating, stapling, folding, and trimming into a single production line, ideal for on-demand offset and digital printing jobs: calendars, catalogs, brochures, and newsletters at speeds of up to 3,000 booklets per hour.
The system combines the DSC-10/60i suction collators with the DBM-350 bookletmaker. Duplo's patented 8-belt suction feed with double turbine ensures reliable sheet-by-sheet separation and feeding, while high-resolution optical sensors detect misfeeds or double feeds and divert defective sets to a reject tray without stopping operation.
